Damien Daniels did beautiful remodels in our kitchen and bathroom. For the kitchen job, he installed new appliances, new tile countertop & backsplash, and new sink. He and his crew worked in cold, wet weather but always protected my home -- especially my brand new hardwood floor. To complete the bathroom job, he had to cross the hardwood floor and carpeted stairs and bedroom. He protected all surfaces so well that he only had to sweep, vacuum and dust. The bathroom was a complete remodel and a beautiful job. His price was excellent - I don't think you can do better for the quality of the work. BTW -- remodels (big or small) are always inconvenient. We chose to sleep in the guest room during the bathroom job so the crew didn't have to thoroughly clean up each night (which they offered to do). Why I recommend working with Damien:

He is innovative – he comes up with solutions that other contractors didn’t. He fixed my transitions between flooring levels so people didn’t trip as often. He came up with ways to minimize the amount of dust and dirt tracked in the house during a 2nd story remodel. He worked with me on the design of my bathroom – since we were forced to tear out down to the studs he said this was the opportunity to create my dream bathroom. We sat up there and talked out every option we could think of and he has great design skills. He even went shopping for bathtubs and plumbing fixtures with me.

Damien is considerate – when I explained my phobia of mice he made sure the project was mouse proof so no mice could get in. His crew cleaned up every day after work was completed.

Damien is personable – great funny personality to have in your house day after day. Anyone who has had a long project can appreciate how much this matters.

He is detail oriented – after the project ended he told me to live with it and that I would find stuff I wanted changed and he would fix them. And he did.

He stands behind his work. If I have any questions Damien stops by to look at the situation and give me advice. He is pickier than I am and insisted on fixing anything that didn’t look perfect to him.

All is all, he is a great person who has personal integrity and great prices. He and his team made my kitchen and bathroom remodel a rewarding experience. He will take on big or small jobs, and completes them in a timely manner. He shows up when he says he will and they work long days to get the project done.
